Accountability

Many of the current ACSO deputies are extremely hardworking and dedicated employees that I would be honored to work with, however; thru no fault of their own, the culture has been lacking consistent leadership and clear expectations.

 

A culture of low standards and lacking of leadership weakens an entire organization. This culture is frustrating to committed, hardworking employees as they watch their lazy, uncommitted co-workers be rewarded with less responsibility and less work all the while collecting the same paycheck. 

Every department is greatly shaped by the worst behavior the leader is willing to tolerate.

If elected, I will raise the standards to a professional level and provide clear expectations.  Underperforming employees will receive guidance on how to reach those expectations and personnel issues will be addressed with fair, unbiased disciplinary actions.
